PIM Components

Here are piston,compressed valve base and connecting rod bas in the shock absorber.Shock absorber has a complex construction,it’s small but has multiple holes,it also requires high precession and good elasticity,all of the producing demands require PIM process.

From 1970 s,it started to produce piston and connecting rod by PIM process.

At present,each car consumes 3-6kg PIM components annually,while it is 16kg overseas, after comparing,China PIM industry develops slowly.there is a big gap obviously,but China automotive industry grows quickly,the gap would be much smaller soon.
